To enable the “custompages/sagecrmws/web.config” file must be updated to add in

                              <add name="BusCardLead" />

EG <CustomPlugins>

 <plugins>
 ...   
       <add name="BusCardLead" />
 ...   
   </plugins>

</CustomPlugins>

Then you need to contact CRM Together providing us with your external url to enable the service on our platform for you.
